Wow! It turns out that the key to not eating a bunch of unhealthy foods is not to have them readily available. It sounds so simple yet eating is such an emotional experience. The following article illustrates this point with studies from Brian Wansink, author of "Mindless Eating" and head of Cornell University's Food and Brand Lab.
